In today's hectic work schedule customers don't always have the time to set up that great party or event that they desire. Now customers can leave it to us to give them the finest, most memorable party or dinner ever.

We have years of experience in the catering business and know what clients want.

Meet Our Team

Chef Deborah (Head Chef)

Chef Deborah (Lyday) was always interested in cooking, and learned the art in Nigeria from her grandmother, her mother and Aunt who ran a catering company specializing in European style food since she was only 9 years old. She moved to the United States and spent her early years working at an International food store learning about various world cuisines, gourmet products and wine. She eventually trained at the renowned Moveable Feast Company. Eventually ended up in the Information Technology industry, but never left her passion. She continued cooking part-time even while in the corporate world and went full time catering about 13 years ago.  Chef Deborah's specialty is in authentic Nigerian/West African flair. Her understanding of the American/Creole/Cajun palate has given her the ability to create a fusion without losing the authentic African flavor.

Chef Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of about 19 plus years to the catering world. She is well versed in exotic food preparation but equally comfortable with simple, straight forward cooking with passion and respect for quality and wholesome ingredients.

Chef Precious (Sous Chef)

Chef Precious cooking style is essentially global, a natural evolution that came from her years of cooking experience and from her love of World food. The essence of her food captures the foundation, strength and techniques of American Cuisine, the flavors and ingredients of Africa and the boldness of her Liberian - Lebanese decent.

Chef Precious has been with the company for over 12 years. She has grown with the company and eventually became the Sous Chef after receiving her culinary arts degree.
